Join us on a beautiful guided nature walk followed by refreshments and a sound meditation at our yoga studio in the woods. Here is a chance to reset and recharge the body/mind/spirit connection to our natural environment away from the influence of electronics on our bodies.

Your guides for the sound meditation, Massood Taj & Robin Barnes, weave together a tapestry of sound from a selection of indigenous and state of the art overtone emitting musical instruments. These instruments are designed to produce Alpha state of consciousness, responsible for boosting creativity and reducing depression.

What is a Sound Meditation?
While there is no formula or blueprint for a sound meditation, the common denominator is the gentle sounds of various instruments including but not limited to crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes, handpan, drums, Tibetan bowls and chimes. A well structured sound meditation will transport you to a deep meditative state of relaxation where the frequencies of the instruments will help clear emotional & energetic blockages in the body. Most participants report a feeling of peace & centeredness afterwards.
