Join local gurus Massood Taj and Robin Barnes on a beautiful guided nature walk followed by a sound meditation in our yoga studio in the woods. This is your chance to reset and recharge your mind, body, and spirit in a natural environment away from the influence of electronics.

Your guides for the sound meditation, Massood & Robin, will weave together a tapestry of sound from a selection of indigenous and state of the art overtone emitting musical instruments. These instruments are designed to produce Alpha state of consciousness, responsible for boosting creativity and reducing depression.

What is a Sound Meditation?
While there is no formula or blueprint for a sound meditation, the common denominator is the gentle sounds of various instruments including but not limited to crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes, handpan, drums, Tibetan bowls and chimes. A well structured sound meditation will transport you to a deep meditative state of relaxation where the frequencies of the instruments will help clear emotional & energetic blockages in the body. Most participants report a feeling of peace & centeredness afterwards.
