Join local gurus Massood Taj and Robin Barnes on a beautiful guided nature walk followed by a sound meditation in our yoga studio. This is your chance to reset and recharge your mind, body, and spirit in a natural environment.

Your guides for the sound meditation, Massood & Robin, will weave together a tapestry of sound from a selection of indigenous and state of the art overtone emitting musical instruments as you lie down and experience a meditation like never before. These instruments are designed to produce Alpha state of consciousness, responsible for boosting creativity and reducing depression.

What is a Sound Meditation?
While there is no formula or blueprint for a sound meditation, the common denominator is the gentle sounds of various instruments including but not limited to crystal singing bowls, gongs, flutes, handpan, drums, Tibetan bowls and chimes. A well structured sound meditation will transport you to a deep meditative state of relaxation where the frequencies of the instruments will help clear emotional & energetic blockages in the body. Most participants report a feeling of peace & centeredness afterwards.
